Pick-up

Upon arrival at Sydney Kingsford Smith airport, proceed to the location (Wolli Creek office) where you have reserved your rental car (T1 International).

Pay for the airport rental car by providing your reservation number as well as your driver's license and credit card. Ensure to check for pre-existing damage to the exterior, interior, and engine of the car. Once you collect the keys and copy of your contract, feel free to drive your airport car hire to your destination.

Drop off

Drive to the T1 International terminal and follow the Rental Car Returns sign on Qantas Drive. Continue following the ‘Car Rental’ sign until you reach the multi-storey car park. Follow the green Rental Cars signs to your designated airport car hire parking bays. Return keys to the return bays. If the return bays are unattended, return the keys to the rental car desks inside the terminal arrivals area. Please ensure that your airport car rental has a full tank of fuel, and is cleaned thoroughly before drop off. Return the car at the agreed upon time and date.

All of our airport car hires with Orana Car & Truck are covered by car rental specific insurance. This reimbursement covers single vehicle accidents and damage by third parties. We will charge your credit card for the excess or gap amount which can be claimed later. Contact our friendly team for more information about your rental insurance coverage.

Roadside assistance is covered within our airport car rentals. If you need support for accidents or breakdown, follow standard procedures. For accidents, call the police (000).
